Crescendo’s AUDIO ENGINEERING Internship Programme is for youth aged 18 - 24 who have experience using a D.A.W. (i.e. LogicPro, Ableton, Protools etc.) and who are looking to pursue a career in the Music/Audio Industry.
You will have the opportunity to work on a range of real and practise audio projects that may include podcasting, sound design, audiobooks, and music production.
The programme is taught in small groups and runs for two days a week on Mondays & Tuesdays.
Audio Engineer Intern Programme
WHAT
HONE YOUR EARS and your D.A.W. skills as you work through a range of real-world projects from music production and mixing to creative sound design and audio editing. You will learn how to set-up audio sessions, how to get the most out of recording equipment, and workflows for different types of jobs. During the internship, you will have the opportunity to work on real world projects and to interact with and take feedback from clients. At the completion of the internship, you will have completed at least one real-world project/song production project to industry standards and have built confidence and skills to seek employment or further opportunities in your chosen field.
WHEN
MON & TUES 10am - 3pm TERM 2: Mon 28th April - Thur 3rd July. Graduation Date: Thur 3rd July. No class on Mon 2nd June (Kings Birthday). TERM 3: Mon 21st July - Thur 25th September. Graduation Date: Thur 25th September.
